The Keys 2 Fitness manager has a Bachelors in Science from Kutztown University and is certified in fitness training through the National Council on Strength and Fitness as well as AAAI. He has been a full time trainer for 6 years. Sam's personal story includes his own weight loss of 80lbs and how he has proudly kept it off for years. His preferred style of training is anything and everything you need to stay motivated and keep coming back for more.
Mike has been training for 21 years! He likes to make sure that your workouts are challenging but also a positive learning experience. He is an expert in sports training, conditioning, balance training, and functional movements. When you leave the gym, you will see the benefit of his workouts in your daily routine and how they make your life better.
