MARIA CARJAN 

Certified by the American Aerobic Association, Maria also holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Alvernia University. Her experience and background in healthcare has been Maria's inspiration for Keys 2 Fitness, a results driven program that fits into today’s busy lifestyles. 

Maria knows how difficult it can be to find time for yourself, whether you are a busy stay at home mom or juggling a full time job!


BRIAN NJAU 

Brian is certified through the American Aerobic Association since 2010. He is skilled in corrective and functional exercise  as well as rehabilitation. 

Brian is a great motivator who brings a unique intensity with a warm heart and high paced tempo.

SAM MONTGOMERY

Graduated from Kutztown University with a bachelors degree in criminal justice and a certificate in fitness training through the National Council on Strength and Fitness. Sam struggled with his own weight his entire childhood and up into college. Upon graduating he began working in gyms and started his own transformation and lost 75lbs ! He's been certified and training going on 5 years now. His preferred style of training is an extremely strict emphasis on form during strength exercises mixed with high intensity and more functional exercises to keep the heart rate up and make the most efficient use of your time in the gym.

Nicole Elizabeth

Certified through the National Fitness Council on Strength and Fitness, NIkki also earned a degree from East Strousburg Univertsity in Health and Physical Education. She loves running and has always had a passion for health and fitness.  Schedule a training session with Nikki and she is sure to deliver a high intensity interval workout with an emplasas on strength and form. 

Jane Ellis

Jane Ellis is a Registered Yoga Instructor and ACE Certified Personal Trainer with five years experience. She believes in using health and fitness as a stepping stone for boosting self-love, confidence and overall happiness. Incorporating yoga with strength training has become her ideal balance for her clients.  Jane puts emphasis on whole foods and understanding the role nutrition plays in becoming healthier. Jane practices what she preaches and expects her clients to follow suit.
