When it comes to your workout, we make sure you have access to the best personal trainers in the industry. With 9 trainers to choose from, we'll never be too busy to cater to your training needs.​ As a member at Keys 2 Fitness, you have the ability to move from trainer to trainer on a daily basis, or you can choose to stick with one if thats what works best for you!
Each and every one of our staff members has his and her own strengths and it's up to you to put them to good use!

MARIA CARJAN 

Certified by the American Aerobic Association, Maria also holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Alvernia University. Her experience and background in healthcare has been Maria's inspiration for Keys 2 Fitness, a results driven program that fits into today’s busy lifestyles. 
Maria knows how difficult it can be to find time for yourself, whether you are a busy stay at home mom or juggling a full time job!


SAM MONTGOMERY

The Keys 2 Fitness manager has a Bachelors in Science from Kutztown University and is certified in fitness training through the National Council on Strength and Fitness as well as AAAI. He has been a full time trainer for 6 years. Sam's personal story includes his own weight loss of 80lbs and how he has proudly kept it off for years. His preferred style of training is anything and everything you need to stay motivated and keep coming back for more. 

NIKKI MONTGOMERY

Certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness and AAAI. Nikki also earned a degree from East Stroudsburg University in Health and Physical Education. She loves running and has always had a passion for health and fitness. As a new mom, Nikki understands how important physical fitness is and how to get the most out of your workout in a short amount of time. Schedule a training session with Nikki and she is sure to deliver a high intensity interval workout with an emphasis on strength and form. 

BRIAN NJAU 

Brian is certified through the American Aerobic Association since 2010. He is skilled in corrective and functional exercise  as well as rehabilitation. 
Brian is a great motivator who brings a unique intensity with a warm heart and high paced tempo.

MIKE GWYN


​Mike has been training for 21 years! He likes to make sure that your workouts are challenging but also a positive learning experience. He is an expert in sports training, conditioning, balance training, and functional movements. When you leave the gym, you will see the benefit of his workouts in your daily routine and how they make your life better.
AMANDA AZAR
Certified as a Personal Trainer through ISSA, and is currently enrolled in a fitness nutrition course. Amanda has several years experience in the natural health and fitness fields being mentored by respected health professionals. Amanda's passion for learning how the body works drives her training to focus on form and functionality. She likes to keep her workouts fun by incorporating compound movements for both HIIT and strength building workouts.

Alexis Bleam

The "Jackie" of all trades, Alexis incorporates a combination of flexibility, coordination, technique, endurance, agility, strength, mindfulness and most importantly, heart.  A diehard rugby girl and power lifter/bodybuilding coach, Alexis has never shirked from the "rough sports." However, after returning to training after a short hiatus of maternity leave, her focus has expanded into prenatal and postpartum workouts and recovery.  She believes in the power of kindness and the importance of teaching.  "Every human is composed of courage.  We rise, but not as often as we fall.  In those times we need people like coaches, trainers, and teachers to give us the tools and guidance to find this courage to evolve, to be the best version of ourselves, but most importantly, to find happiness.  Let Trainer Alexis help you enhance your lifestyle today!
JEFFERY DORESTANT

Take a walk into an environment where equality is practiced, self-love is preached, and togetherness is displayed through leadership that pushes your limits, but also embraces your failures and walks with you through every challenge.  This, is what Jeff stands for.  A "Renaissance Man," Jeff believes in the underdogs and marginalized voices that often do not get heard.  With a background in sports recovery and physical therapy, Jeff has the knowledge and patience to push those that want intensity, as well as guide and rehabilitate those with injuries.  Need some rehab for your body and soul?  Give Trainer Jeff a try!

MATT MCCAW

Matt is certified through AAAI/ISMA for personal training and has experience as an USA Boxing coach. He is a former United States Navy Search and Rescue Swimmer. With over 5 years experience in training, Matt will be sure to give you a good workout whether youre looking for MMA or Boxing workouts, sports conditioning, or traditional lifting.
