I have to start out with the obvious, Sam and Nikki absolutely rock!! Keys is the best gym I've ever been an member of! My only regret is that I didn't join earlier. I've never been much of a personal training guy but now I'm not sure I could go back to not having one. Sam pushes me every single workout. He makes me do things that I don't want to do (like leg workouts) but I feel awesome afterwards. I've been a member since December '16 and have had better results here than I have at any gym I had been a member at before. Great place to get personalized training. My go to trainer is Nikki but it's easy to workout with another trainer if plans change. Nikki "keeps it real" by changing up our training sessions so there is never a dull moment. There is an easy to use app to make and change training sessions.** -Lori

In January I was looking for a gym to kick start a healthier 2015 and started training with Sam Montgomery at Keys 2 Fitness. Keys 2 Fitness, a friendly but challenging studio-style training gym, was exactly what I was seeking. Sam pushes me to the max on each and every workout. His training style is professional, fun but extremely strict. I'm thrilled with the results I've experienced this year! I've bounced around from gym to gym for the past 10 years. I never thought about a personal trainer, but I'm glad I finally made the switch. I've been a member since November '16 and have see results with my body composition that I wouldn't have seen otherwise. First..... noting here that the previous owner mentioned below is no longer there and hasn't been since I joined almost a year ago. I teach fitness classes at another gym and get a free membership there but I was looking for specific personal training and this gym hit the mark 100 percent! It is first and foremost a personal training gym. My fee covers my personal training sessions and allows me to use the gym at will. They do also offer limited but challenging group fitness boot camp style classes as part of the membership. My BFF shared appointments with the trainer (Brian HE is awesome) keep me committed to a weekly weight lifting program. Being in my 50's it is important that in addition to the cardio I get teaching group fitness, that I do weight bearing exercises. I have lost inches since going to Keys 2 Fitness and any that I haven't ....I am responsible for (my diet lol) ALL of the trainers are educated and sincere about fitness. They also allow shared appointments which helps with the cost and helps me stay committed. (My BFF and I train together.) Quality people and quality place.**-Joi

Ok, so 1 month down, and i must give a ton of thanks to Nikki and Maria and Sam and Fernando! Nikki never faulters with her patience and enthusiasm when working with me! I don't even know where to start.... Every trainer at keys to fitness has a special place in my heart and has helped me in one way or another to reach my goals. They've seen me cry, smile, laugh , freak out, scream and go through every known emotion. I have had major ups and major downs and thru it all I always felt like I had support in my corner. I don't know where I would be without keys to fitness .. It's trainers and all my friends I have met along the way. I love how we all support each other and push each other. What an amazing place this is to train. I have enjoyed my first 3 months here so far. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. My personal trainer Tara jean D'Antonio is awesome. She knows how to make the workout fun yet still demanding. All of the staff are friendly and really look to make you a better person on the other end.

I've belonged to Keys 2 Fitness for about nine months now and don't have anything other than great things to say. Keys2Fitness is the best gym I've joined by FAR! Everyone is so nice and personable and make you feel so welcome- trainers AND clients! If you feel intimidated to start personal training, DON'T! They work with people of all different endurance/training levels. Nikki and Sam (who I predominantly work with) are GREAT trainers and push me every single workout! If you are looking to get a personal trainer, stop looking and come join us in all the fun! Tara is one of the best trainers I have ever met! I have been to several gyms and have had many different trainers. I have also been on all kinds of fad diets. Tara has experienced the ups and downs of weight and knows it takes hard work and a healthy lifestyle to make the changes permanent. She is very personable during our sessions. She pushes me yet ensures my safety due to health conditions. She also understands the reality of everyday life and doesn't scold me for "cheating" on my diet. Tara is also flexible with the scheduling of sessions and isn't negative if you can't make a session or reschedule. Tara has become a friend in addition to being my trainer! Love this place!**- Katie
I have taken my son to their youth workout sessions. It was great! My wife works out with Tara D'Antonio and she encouraged us to bring our son to a program they were trailing. It was amazing!
