Your best results can be acheived when you work one on one with your personal trainer to maximize your program intensity, exercise knowledge and maintain personal accountability to sticking with our specifically designed training programs.
Bring a friend! You and a buddy can sign up together and split the cost of a training membership! This means you can do more personal training for a fraction of the cost. Each member also gets their bootcamp membership included with the Buddy Program
Take advantage of our daily boot camps that are designed by our professional trainers to maximize your time in the gym and burn up to 1000 calories in 1 hour! Training with a group makes for a fun workout and offers some extra motivation to help you reach your goals. These strength based classes are a great way to supplement your weekly training routine.
Many of our trainers are familiar with working the mitts! Just ask a trainer and your session can include boxing, or be turned into a full 10 round bout!
